General rules

 Bitches in Season

Bitches in season are allowed to work at seminars, lessons, classes, and/or ring times and may wear britches.    Britches must be worn if sitting on the table or turf or in an obedience class for example, where they may be stationary for a period of time.  You may be asked to potty your dog in a special location and crate away from the other dogs during each session. 

Be a good human
Our goal is to provide participants with the best learning experience possible.   Therefore, we reserve the right to reject any client, or guest of client, whom Canine Sports Zone determines to be incompatible with our training philosophies and/or to the accomplishment of a successful seminar/class/lesson/event or training time.    Canine Sports Zone also reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the seminar/class/lesson/event or training time for failure of the participant to comply with building rules or for any other disruptive behavior on the part of a client or their dog(s).  Canine Sports Zone, and its owners, determine what disruptive behavior is defined as, in any given time.

We respect our clients personal information and will not provide contact information to others.  
Please respect our staff and instructors privacy, and contact them only through the Canine Sports Zone office regarding Canine Sports Zone questions or concerns.   Even if you have their private contact information, unless you have consent.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

 

SEMINARS:

As much as we care about all of our clients and their dogs, and we are extremely pained when we hear of either personal or canine tragedies, our training is a business. We have tried to develop a cancellation and refund policy with the most leniency possible, while still respecting the needs of the business.  Please read the following information carefully as there are NO exceptions to our cancellation policy.

  Customer Initiated Cancellation

In the event that a seminar participant chooses to cancel their seminar or workshop registration, any potential refund will be determined per the following policy:

 Cancellations Made More Than 2 Months Prior to the Seminar Start Date

  • Any cancellations made 2 months, or more, prior to the start of the seminar will receive a full refund of the amount paid (minus a 10% administration fee) regardless of whether the seminar is full, or still has open working spots remaining.

 Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Months Prior to the Seminar Start Date

  • Any cancellations made less than 2 months of the start of the seminar will receive a full refund of the amount paid (minus a 10% administration fee) ONLY if the working spot is successfully filled from the seminar wait list at Canine Sports Zone.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 months of the start of the seminar where there is not a seminar wait list, or the open spot cannot be filled, will not receive a refund.

 All Other Cancellations

In the event that a seminar is cancelled by Canine Sports Zone for any reason (including, but no limited to, facility issues, natural disaster, government closure or restriction, …) refunds will be determined per the following policy:

  • All registration fees paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable payment fees charged by the payment company (PayPal, credit card, …). If you have paid by a method with no payment fees (check, …), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.  

 A Few Other Rules

If you do need to cancel, your spot must be filled, if possible, from the seminar wait list.

 

CLASSES:

  • Any cancellations made less than 1 week of the start of the class will receive a full refund of the amount paid (minus a 10% administration fee) ONLY if the working spot is successfully filled from the class wait list at Canine Sports Zone.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 week of the start of the class where there is not a class wait list, or the open spot cannot be filled, will not receive a refund.

 All Other Cancellations
